Up to 2,000 residential vehicles can participate in Orange & Rockland’s FlexCharge Rewards. Households with multiple EVs are welcome to participate in Orange & Rockland’s FlexCharge Rewards Program. Each enrolled and managed vehicle is eligible to receive incentives independently.
